Just wanted to let you know what a great team of fitters you have and how pleased we are with the final result. We asked your guys to complete all the work without us having to redecorate and you have met that requirement in full; they have removed the old gas fire, mantel and hearth and installed the new woodburner and fire surround without leaving a trace! A really first class job thank you and I hope the fitters have recovered from their weight-lifting today!

I want to thank you for the installation of my new fireplace and fire, they look outstanding and have vastly improved the look of my lounge.
Jay and Charlie did a wonderful job. They arrived promptly at 9 and immediately started to remove the old fireplace and disconnect the electricity making it safe. They repositioned the new fireplace and drilled the vent through the wall without causing damage or making any mess because at all times they swept up the rubble.
They were both courteous and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody thinking about installing a new gas appliance or replacing an existing fireplace.
Thank you, I now look forward to cold evenings where I will enjoy sitting in the warmth and the glow of the new fire.

We have just had a beautiful fire & fireplace fitted. We were a bit worried as it was being custom made so we couldn't actually see it. We needn't have worried as it is gorgeous.
